Marketing that keeps customers coming back
Social, email and content for small businesses across Eastleigh, Southampton and South Hampshire. A simple plan you can actually keep up with — not a full-time job.
Your best customers are the ones you already have
Winning a new customer is the expensive way to grow. The cheap way is making sure the people who already know you don’t forget you — and that’s most of what marketing is for a small business.
You don’t need a strategy deck. You need a handful of things done consistently: turning up where your customers are, staying in touch with the ones on your list, and giving people a reason to choose you over the outfit down the road.
What I can help with
- Social media that suits your business — not every platform, just the ones worth your time
- Email marketing that brings past customers back through the door
- Content and blog posts that answer what your customers are actually asking
- Google Business Profile and local listings kept accurate and consistent
- A simple plan you can keep up with once I’ve set it running
How it works
- We work out what’s worth doing Your customers, your competition, and how much time you honestly have. There’s no sense building something you’ll abandon in a month.
- I set it up Accounts, templates, a content plan — the scaffolding, so it isn’t a blank page every week.
- We run it I can do it all, or set it up and hand you the reins. Plenty of people do a bit of both.
- We keep what works Drop what doesn’t. No sacred cows, no vanity metrics.
A word on “just get on social media”
It’s the advice everyone gives, and it’s half-right. A quiet, half-finished profile does nothing except make you look shut. Two platforms done properly beat five done badly, every time.
For most trades, the honest answer is that being findable on Google matters more than being busy on Instagram. If that’s you, start with SEO or Google Ads, and treat social as the thing that keeps you memorable once they’ve found you.
